Alone with our thoughts
The ability to be alone with your own thoughts will make you a better, stronger, and more prepared individual. Often times we fill the void with noise instead of sitting and taking in the moment, and more importantly, our thoughts. We learn about ourselves in these times of silence. We learn how we talk to ourselves, what we think about ourselves, what our fears are, and what our life's ambition is, but all too often we are afraid to learn our own opinion of ourselves, so we fill the void with noise. Learn to be alone with your thoughts, and if your thoughts make you scared, make you perform worse, or make you feel less of yourself, learn to control those thoughts through breathing, visualization, and thought replacement practice. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have, make sure it is working for you.
